Simple how to make kiwi kanten キウイ寒天

☆Ingredient☆
(For five cups of 6.5cm in diameter )

4g・・Powder agar
50g・・Sugar
400cc・・Boiling water

◇I arrange five pieces of things which a slice made a kiwi on thickness of around 3mm for decorations.
◇I smash it and do whether you cut the remaining kiwi finely into a puree form.
◇I add 20 g of sugar and kiwi which I cut finely and kiwi which I cut into round slices to a bowl
◇I add boiling water 100CC to a kiwi and a contained bowl of the sugar
◇I mix sugar and a kiwi, boiling water
◇I divide the kiwi which I made a slice into a cup
◇I add 30 g of sugar and powder agar 4 g to a different bowl
◇I mix boiling water 300cc in addition to a bowl calmly more than one minute
◇You may add agar liquid to the bowl of the kiwi and mix it
◇I divide agar liquid into a cup equally
◇I mix agar liquid in the cup.
Agar liquid enters under the kiwi which you made a slice in particular, or, please confirm it
◇I put agar as normal temperature so that temperature falls.
◇I cool it at the upper section of the refrigerator if I get a craze for bony parts of agar
◇If agar gets cold, it is completed
When the kiwi heats up, a color turns into darkish olive color from bright green
Although I added heat, I thought that the agar of the color of a beautiful kiwi might not be completed
