☆Ingredient☆

100g・・Unsalted butter
100g・・Granulated sugar
100g・・Rice flour for confectionery
15g・・Confectionery cocoa
6g・・Baking powder
2(120g)・・Egg











How to make cocoa butter cake of rice flour

◇Return the eggs to room temperature.
◇Butter cut into 1cm square.
Butter is used after softening.

◇Mix rice flour, baking powder, cocoa.

◇Beat an egg
◇Put the butter and granulated sugar. 

◇Set the container in automatic bread baking machine. 
◇Mix 3 minutes in the dough kneaded mode. 

◇Add the egg. 
◇Mix 2 minutes in the dough kneaded mode. 

◇Add rice flour. 
◇Pick a rice flour cake course and press the start button. 

◇After about 10 minutes, dropping the rice flour. 
◇Again, press the start button. 

◇Rice flour cocoa butter cake baked after 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The shape of the cake is not good, but the delicious cocoa butter cake baked.

Calorie of cocoa butter cake of rice flour is about 1789 kcal.
