How to make chocolate cake(Orange zest )オレンジピールチョコレートケーキ

It is how to make chocolate cake with orange zest to steam in oven.

We use black cocoa powder to give rich chocolate color.
Bake the chocolate cake with a foil cup for presents.

It is easier to use powdered sugar than granulated sugar.

☆Ingredient☆



58g(1)・・Egg
60g・・Unsalted butter
40g・・Powdered sugar (Granulated sugar)
15g・・Black cocoa powder
80g・・Chocolate
30g・・Orange zest
5 pieces・・3.5 cm foil cup

Eggs, butter from the refrigerator.
Return eggs and butter to normal temperature.












How to make chocolate cake(Orange zest )

◇Chocolate and butter cut finely.
◇The temperature of the double boiler is 50 ℃ to 55℃.

◇Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
◇Add granulated sugar to chocolate about 4 times.Mix well.

◇Preheat the oven to 160 ℃.

◇Beat an egg.
Add eggs to chocolate about 4 times.Mix well.

◇Add cocoa powder to chocolate about 3 times.Mix well.

◇Add orange zest and mix.
◇Put cake batter in foil cup.

◇Put hot water in the baking tray .
◇Add hot water for hiding 5 mm under the foil cup.

◇Bake in an oven at 160℃ for about 20 minutes.
◇Cool at room temperature.

Moist and smooth rich chocolate baked ♪

The finished weight of chocolate cake is 48 g, 49 g x 2, 50 g, 53 g.
