Simple how to make powdered maccha kanten 抹茶寒天

For five cups of approximately 6.5cm in diameter
4g Powder agar
3g Maccha green tea
50g Sugar
500cc Boiling water
☆Simple how to make powdered maccha green tea agar☆
◇ I filter powdered maccha green tea for confectionery through a tea strainer.
◇ I add powder agar and sugar to a bowl.
◇ I use a part of the boiling water of 500cc to untie powdered maccha green tea for confectionery.
I cool temperature of the boiling water to around 80 degrees Celsius then.
◇ I dissolve powdered maccha green tea for confectionery with hot water of 80 degrees Celsius.
◇ I add boiling water to powder agar and a contained bowl of the sugar and, more than one minute, mix it calmly.
◇ I add the powdered maccha green tea which I dissolved with hot water of 80 degrees to agar liquid.
◇ I divide agar liquid into a cup.
When powdered maccha green tea is left at the bottom of the agar liquid, I leave it.
Because the powdered green tea does not dissolve in water like sugar, the which the left powdered maccha green tea does not use, an appearance of the finish is beautiful.
◇ I put agar as normal temperature so that temperature falls
◇ I cool it with the refrigerator if it cools down
◇ It is completed if I get cold
