How to make ginger kanten 生姜寒天

It is how to make brief agar using ginger.

☆Ingredient☆
(For five cups of approximately 6.5cm in diameter)

4g Powder agar
50g Sugar
500cc Boiling water
It is 15g in the state that turned to the ginger skin







Simple how to make ginger agar

◇ I grate ginger.

◇ I add powder agar and sugar to a bowl.

◇ I add boiling water to a bowl and, more than one minute, mix it calmly.

◇ I grate it to agar liquid and you may add ginger and mix it.

◇  I divide agar liquid into a cup.

◇  I put agar as normal temperature so that temperature falls.

◇ I cool it with the refrigerator if it cools down.

◇ It is completed if I get cold♪


Ginger which I grated collects at the bottom.
Let's serve it so that ginger which the ginger agar extracts it to a dish and grated becomes the top.
