How to make chocolate butter cake チョコレートバターケーキ
This is how to make chocolate butter cake made with automatic baking machine cake course.
I use the Japanese Tiger KBX-A100.
We use cocoa powder characterized by bitter cocoa powder black and dark color.
☆Ingredient☆
100g・・Unsalted butter
100g・・Granulated sugar
2(116g)・・Egg
110g・・Cake flour
10g・・Cocoa powder
7g・・Baking powder
100g・・Chocolate
How to make chocolate butter cake
◇Return the eggs to room temperature.
◇Butter cut into 1cm square.
◇Cut the chocolate in small pieces.
◇Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder.
◇Add the egg.
◇Put the butter and granulated sugar.
◇Set the container in automatic bread baking machine.
◇Mix 3 minutes in the dough kneaded mode.
◇Add the egg.
◇Mix 2 minutes in the dough kneaded mode.
◇Add flour
◇Pick a rice flour cake course and press the start button.
◇After about 10 minutes, dropping the rice flour.
◇Add chocolate
◇Again, press the start button.
◇After 1 hour and 10 minutes chocolate butter cake baked.
◇Cool chocolate butter cake at room temperature
A chocolate butter cake with a good sweetness was completed.
