Simple how to make lemon Kanten レモン寒天

500cc Boiling water
50g Sugar
For two preserve lemons of the lemon

◇I put sugar and powder agar in a bowl
◇I add boiling water to a bowl and, more than one minute, stir it well
◇I add agar liquid to a cup equally
◇I stir a preserve and the agar liquid of the lemon in the cup.

◇I put agar as normal temperature so that temperature falls
◇I cool it with the refrigerator if it cools down
◇If become cold; completion ♪

It is my favorite lemon Kanten where the texture of the zest accentuated when it is a lemon and joys and sorrows of life of the sugar.
