How to make Crust Rusk(食パンの耳 ラスク)
I bake bread every day in an automatic bread baking machine.
It is how to make simple rusk which I made with the bread which I baked.
☆Ingredient☆
Crust
Butter
Sugar
☆How to make Crust Rusk☆
◇ I preheat an oven to 130 degrees Celsius
◇ I cut bread to half
◇ I spread butter on bread
◇ I add sugar to the side that applied butter of the bread
◇ I cut it to the size that it is easy to eat.
It is easy to eat by a mouthful when I cut it in the width of 7mm - around 1cm.
◇ I play the parchment paper to an iron plate
◇ I display the bread which I cut on the parchment paper
◇ I bake it with the oven which I preheated to 130 degrees Celsius for around 40 minutes
◇ If bread is burnt, remove from the heat. Let cool
◇ I put rusk in a bag and an airtight container.
◇ Completion♪
Because one side has butter and sugar, as for this rusk, it is in moderate sweetness.
I can easily make it and like it with simple snacks very much
