I bake bread every day in an automatic bread baking machine.
It is how to make simple rusk which I made with the bread which I baked.
Ingredient
Crust
Butter
Sugar
How to make Crust Rusk
@I preheat an oven to 130 degrees Celsius
@I cut bread to half
@I spread butter on bread
@I add sugar to the side that applied butter of the bread
@I cut it to the size that it is easy to eat.
It is easy to eat by a mouthful when I cut it in the width of 7mm - around 1cm.
@I play the parchment paper to an iron plate
I display the bread which I cut on the parchment paper
@I bake it with the oven which I preheated to 130 degrees Celsius for around 40 minutes
@If bread is burnt, remove from the heat. Let cool
@I put rusk in a bag and an airtight container.

Because one side has butter and sugar, as for this rusk, it is in moderate sweetness.
I can easily make it and like it with simple snacks very much
