☆Ingredient ☆
100g・・Unsalted butter
100g・・Granulated sugar
2 pieces(100g)・・Egg
170g・・ Cake flour
7g・・Baking powder
100g・・Confectionery bitter chocolate
30g ・・Walnut
How to make chocolate and walnut butter cake
◇Butter cut into 1cm square.
◇Return the eggs to room temperature.
◇Cake flour, together baking powder, sift about 2 times.
◇Crush the walnuts finely.
◇Roast the walnuts for about 2 minutes at 160 ℃ of oven.
◇Beat an egg.
◇Chocolate is cut to the size of 5 〜7mm.
◇Butter → granulated sugar → egg → cake flour
Put the ingredients in the order
◇Select the flour cake course, press the start button.
◇After about 10 minutes, dropping the powder that is attached around the bread case.
◇Add the chocolate and walnuts.
◇Cake went up baked in 1 hour and 20 minutes.
◇Cool butter cake at room temperature.
