It is the basic way to make steamed bread of rice flour that does not use eggs or oil.
You can easily make it simply by mixing powder, sugar and water.

製菓用米粉⇒Rice flour for confectionery


☆Ingredient☆

90g・・Rice flour for confectionery
100cc・・Water
50g・・Granulated sugar
pinch of salt
3g・・Baking powder
5 pieces・・3.5 cm foil cup









How to make steamed bread without eggs, oil

◇Boil the steaming water.
◇Lightly mix rice flour and baking powder.

◇Add sugar, salt and water to the bowl and mix well.
◇Add rice flour about 4 times.Mix well.

◇Divide cake batter into foil cup.
◇Steamer, steam for about 15 minutes with high heat.

◇Cool at room temperature.

Calories of rice flour steamed bread will be about 105 kcal per piece.
