250cc・・Boiling water
20g・・Sugar
140g・・Mango
Simple how to make mango kanten
◇I cut it to the size that is easy to eat a mango of the canned food.
◇I add mango juice and a mango to a bowl.
◇I submit mango juice and a mango to hot water roasting.
Please make mango juice temperature so as to feel whether the most moving passage is hot with a finger.
◇I add sugar and powder agar to a bowl.
◇I add boiling water 250cc to a bowl and mix it calmly more than one.
◇You may add a mango and the mango juice which I warmed to agar liquid and mix it.
◇I divide agar liquid into a cup equally.
◇I stir agar liquid in the cup well.
◇I put agar as normal temperature so that temperature falls.
◇If temperature of the agar falls, I cool it at the upper section of the refrigerator.
◇If agar becomes cold, it is completion♪
When I used it without warming it without cutting a mango with being big and made it, agar did not harden too much.
I think that even trouble should warm the mango with juice.
