☆Ingredient☆
For five cups of approximately 6.5cm in diameter
4g Powder agar
3g Maccha green tea
50g Sugar
500cc Boiling water
50g Tubuan(smashed sweet red beans)

◇I divide tubuan into a cup by 10 g.
◇I make Tubuan flat at the bottom of the cup.
◇I filter powdered maccha green tea through a tea strainer.
◇I dissolve powdered maccha green tea for confectionery in a part of the boiling water of 500cc.
◇Powdered maccha green tea becomes the lump when I do not untie powdered maccha green tea properly when I make agar liquid
◇I add powder agar and sugar to a bowl.
◇I add boiling water to powder agar and a contained bowl of the sugar and, more than one minute, mix it calmly.
◇I divide agar liquid into a cup.
◇I mix tubuan and the powdered green tea agar liquid in the cup and let you be familiar
◇I put agar as normal temperature so that temperature falls.
◇I cool it with the refrigerator if it cools down.
◇It is completed if I get cold.
