Simple how to make Japanese fried chicken(chicken karaage 鶏唐揚げ)

It is simple how to make very delicious Japanese fried chicken.
I can easily make delicious Japanese fried chicken with seasoning in the normal in the house.

鶏唐揚げ=とりからあげ=Tori Karaage=chicken karaage=Japanese fried chicken

☆Ingredient☆ (For 2〜3 servings)

around 360 g・・Chicken for fried chicken
30cc(2 Spoon)・・Soy sauce
30cc(2 Spoon)・・Sake
5cc(1/3 Spoon)・・Elements of chicken soup

Garlic,Ginger
Salt,Pepper,Potato starch








How to make brief japanese fried chicken

◇I grate garlic, ginger
◇I sprinkle salt and pepper in chicken
◇I can mix seasoning
◇I add chicken to the seasoning which I mixed.

◇I let taste soak for around 30 minutes with attaching chicken to the seasoning
◇I make frying oil around 170 degrees Celsius
◇I sprinkle dogtooth violet starch on chicken
◇I fry the chicken by one side three minutes


The dogtooth violet starch is about to fall, and chicken becomes easy to burn if temperature of the oil is high because clothes are thin.
I drag not to burn when I fry fried chicken and will watch it.
It is the completion of the fried chicken which it is juicy, and is very delicious♪
