☆Ingredient☆

280g Strong flour
20-25g Sugar
4g Salt
3-4g Dry yeast
6g Skim milk
20g Butter
190cc Water

5g Maccha green tea
Hot water of 80 degrees Celsius








☆How to make powdered maccha green tea bread☆

◇I dissolve powdered maccha green tea for confectionery with hot water of 80 degrees Celsius.

◇I put materials in order of water → Strong flour → butter → skim milk → powdered green tea → sugar → dry yeast.

◇I bake it in the bread course of the bread machine.

◇I bake it three hours 50 minutes later and get nervous.

When bread is baked, I smell have good powdered maccha green tea.

I think that a fragrance of the powdered maccha green tea is good, and the 80 degrees Celsius which I added powdered maccha green tea to in the state that I solved with hot water was baked than I mix powdered green tea for confectionery as powder.
