I bake bread every day in an automatic bread baking machine.
It is how to make simple rusk which I made with the bread which I baked.
I made rusk of the powdered green tea taste this time.
How to make powdered maccha@green tea rusk
Ingredient
Crust
15g Butter
10g Sugar
1g Maccha@green tea
Hot water of 80 degrees Celsius
How to make Crust Rusk
I preheat an oven to 130 degrees Celsius.
I filter powdered maccha green tea for confectionery through a tea strainer.
I soften butter.
I add sugar to the butter which became tender and mix it.
I dissolve powdered maccha green tea with hot water of 80 degrees Celsius.
I add powdered maccha green tea to butter and the thing which I mixed of the sugar and mix it.
I spread powdered maccha@green tea butter on bread.
I cut bread to half.
I cut bread in width of around 1cm.
I play he parchment paper to an iron plate.
I display bread on the parchment paper.
I bake it with the oven which I preheated to 130 degrees Celsius for around 40 minutes.
If bread is burnt, remove from the heat. Let cool.
I put rusk in a bag and an airtight container..

Beautiful powdered maccha green tea-colored rusk was completed.
In bitterness of the powdered green tea, it is taste of the rusk which can feel sweetness.
