I bake bread every day in an automatic bread baking machine.
It is how to make simple rusk which I made with the bread which I baked.
Ingredient
Crust
Butter
Sugar
Cinnamon Powder
How to make Crust Rusk
@I preheat an oven to 130 degrees Celsius
@I cut bread to half
@I spread butter on bread
@I add sugar to the side that applied butter of the bread
I sprinkle cinnamon powder on bread
@I cut bread in 1cm width
@I play the parchment paper to an iron plate
I display the bread which I cut on the parchment paper
I bake it with the oven which I preheated to 130 degrees Celsius for around 40 minutes
If bread is burnt, remove from the heat. Let cool
I put rusk in a bag and an airtight container.
