How to make Crust Rusk(Maple Sugar)

I bake bread every day in an automatic bread baking machine.
It is how to make simple rusk which I made with the bread which I baked.

Crust
Butter
Maple Sugar








™How to make Crust Rusk™

ž@I preheat an oven to 130 degrees Celsius
ž@I cut bread to half
ž@I spread butter on bread
ž@I add maple sugar to the side that applied butter of the bread
ž@I cut it to the size that it is easy to eat.
It is easy to eat by a mouthful when I cut it in the width of 7mm - around 1cm.

ž@I play the parchment paper to an iron plate
ž I display the bread which I cut on the parchment paper
ž@ I bake it with the oven which I preheated to 130 degrees Celsius for around 40 minutes
ž@ If bread is burnt, remove from the heat. Let cool
ž@ I put rusk in a bag and an airtight container.

Because one side has butter and sugar, as for this rusk, it is in moderate sweetness.
I can easily make it and like it with simple snacks very much.
