92g+46g・・Granulated sugar
7g・・Lemon juice

How to make pink fig jam

◇Peel of figs.Measure the weight of the figs.
◇Cut up figs.

◇Granulated sugar is used in two times.
Initially use the granulated sugar of 92g.

◇To stir the figs in a blender.

◇Put the figs in a dedicated container.
◇Granulated sugar added to 92g.

◇Set the container in automatic bread baking machine.
Press the Start button to select the jam course.

◇To boil the bottle to put the jam.
Bottle of jam put plenty of water in a pot as hide.
After boiling boil water, boiled for about 5 minutes.

◇Press the Cancel button, to end the jam course.

◇Fig jam is cool at room temperature.

Weight of fig jam→370g

Sugar content on the calculation of the fig jam is 46.59.
