How to make fig jam いちじくジャム

How to make fig jam
◇Peel of figs.Measure the weight of the figs.
◇Cut up figs.
◇Granulated sugar is used in two times.
Initially use the granulated sugar of 38g.
◇Dusting the entire granulated sugar to figs.
◇Keep for 2 hours as it was the food wrap in a bowl.
◇After two hours, and it has plenty of moisture from figs.
◇Put the figs in a container of the automatic bread baking machine.
◇Select the jam course of the automatic bread baking machine, press the start button.
◇A glass bottle and the lid to put the jam to boil.
◇After 15 minutes, add sugar second time 19g.
◇After 10 minutes, add the lemon juice 2g.
◇Check the status of the jam of figs, heating is terminated.
◇Press the cancel button to end the jam course in 30 minutes from the start.
◇Boil the glass bottle to put a fig jam.
◇Fig jam is cool at room temperature.
